MaxUpgrades Adds MacBook, MacBook Pro Accessories

MaxUpgrades announced the immediate availability of a new hard sided case for the MacBook Pro and a screen protector for the MacBook on Friday.

The MaxProtect II for the 17-inch MacBook Pro is a rigid impact-resistant briefcase-style case with interior and exterior cushioning, velvet lining, and a synthetic leather covering. It also comes in sizes for the 12, 15, and 17-inch PowerBook G4. The MaxProtect II is available at the MaxUpgrades Web site, and is priced at US$39.

MaxUpgrades also released an iProtect Micro Screen Protector sized for the new 13-inch MacBook. The iProtect is a micro-fiber sheet that covers the MacBook keyboard when the lid is closed. It protects the display from scratches and dirt, and can also be used as a cleaning cloth. The iProtect is available at the MaxUpgrades Web site, and is priced at US$8.99.
