Maxum Updates iAssist With Controller Shortcuts

Maxum Development has released an update for iAssist, bringing it to version 1.1. iAssist is a utility designed for Web server administrators. The update features controller shortcuts and interface mods. According to Maxum Development:

Maxum Development is pleased to announce an update to iAssist, the three month old Internet server administration tool for Mac OS X.

The update released today includes usability enhancements such as shortcuts to iAssist "controllers" (drop down sheets that perform server administration tasks), an improved server installer, an option to apply stricter password enforcement and a variety of user interface improvements.

Of course, the new version fully supports the new capabilities which have been added since iAssist was originally released, including:

  • Server Process Monitoring And Restarts
  • Unix Utility Access
  • Web Server Acceleration
