Microsoft AutoUpdate Gets Update

· by Brad Gibson · News

Microsoft released late Monday Microsoft AutoUpdate 1.1.1, the AutoUpdate utility in Microsoft Office 2004.

The update fixes an error in the AutoUpdate download progress bar, which did not accurately display the progress of the download, according to the company. While this update is downloading, the progress bar might not accurately display the status. After the update is installed, the download progress bar will accurately display the status of future downloads.

System requirements for the update are Mac OS X-compatible processor that is a model G3 or higher, Mac OS X version 10.2.8 or later, a minimum of 256 megabytes of memory, and a minimum of two megabytes of hard disk space.
