Mississippi, Vegas Apple Stores Opening Aug 30 August 25th, 2008 at 3:00 PM - News by Jeff Gamet Apple is planning to open its first store in Mississippi and fifth store in Nevada on Saturday, August 30. The Renaissance at Colony Park and The Forum Shops retail stores will open their doors at 10:00 AM local time, and will sport the usual amenities including a Genius Bar and One to One shopping. The Renaissance at Colony Park store is located in Ridgeland, Mississippi, and The Forum Shops location is Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada -- Appleis fourth store in the city. Apple is planning a week long series of events to celebrate the Grand Openings, including free training events and seminars.
