My First Mac Website Goes Live

A new Macintosh Website, My First Mac, dedicated to helping people who are new to Mac, perhaps switching from Windows, has recently gone live.

The site has feature articles on how to get started, how get help, mastering the Mac, and how to still run Windows if necessary.


Chris Kerins, the Executive editor, said that the site was "created by us long time Mac guys to help out people new to the Mac." Heis also looking for writers who may want to share their knowledge about the Mac with newbies to the fold.

John Martellaro was born at an early age and began writing about computers soon after that. He is a former U.S. Air Force officer and has worked for NASA, White Sands Missile Range, Lockheed Martin Astronautics, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Apple. At Apple he worked as a Senior Marketing Manager, a Federal Account Executive and a High Performance Computing manager. His interests include skiing, chess, science fiction and astronomy.
