Macsbytheweek.com, a site allowing users to rent Macs, has announced that due to strong interest they are planning on doubling their server capacity. Macsbytheweek.com does not actually ship computers, but rather gives users control over a remote machine via Timbuktu. According to Macsbytheweek.com:

Macsbytheweek.com, the only place on the web where you can rent a fullyconfigured REMOTE Macintosh for a week or so is planning to double itsserver capacity.

We have been surprised by the strong demand for weekly rentals. Will willbe increasing the number of servers to 10 while simultaneously increasingour available bandwidth.

Macsbytheweek.com rents Macintosh computers on the web. User remotelycontrol the Macs via Timbuktu and can reboot the units via telephone.
