Intelli Innovations is now shipping the IntelliScanner 4000i. The IntelliScanner is a professional barcode reader that supports direct text inputting into popular applications such as FileMaker Pro and AppleWorks. The device comes bundled with the apps ProInventory and xTagger. According to Intelli Innovations:
Intelli Innovations, Inc. today announced the IntelliScanner 4000i, the first expansion of the Companyis first hardware product line.
The handheld reader, a high-end version of the Companyis original IntelliScanner 3000i product, is a professional grade solution for scanning barcodes into Mac applications.
The new, midnight black product includes two new Intelli Innovations software applications designed specifically for the IntelliScanner 4000i.
ProInventory easily tracks inventory lists by recording product information, size, color, pricing, and stock. The software can also be configured to track library materials and "checked in"/"checked out" item status indicators.
ProInventory includes support for multiple inventory tracking sheets, built-in delimited/Microsoft Excel reporting capabilities, customizable list views, live filtering of inventory lists, and an "instant lookup" mode for the IntelliScanner 4000i.
xTagger creates and prints barcoded product and book label graphics for easy scanning of inventory, library books, and rental materials. xTagger includes support for printing to Dymo LabelWriter label printers and exporting finished labels to TIFF image files.
