New Desktops At Mandolux

Mandolux has released new desktops for download. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent several different themes including military aircraft and absract imagery. According to Mandolux:

Mandolux has released this week 15 new desktops: Five SR-71 Blackbirds (aerospace), five Apache Helicopters (aerospace), three Giant/Dual Monitor pictures (petal/macro), and a continuation of the Fire & Flames and Technosis/Anthraxis themes. Coming soon: Clouds & Skies.

  • About the desktops:
  • The new SR-71 Blackbird are called ŒTake-off, Down Frontal, Square Desert, By a Dry Lake, and California
  • The Apache Helicopter pictures are called ŒKansas, By Sea and Woods, Backview, Green River 2 and Fireworks 2
  • The new Giant/Dual monitor desktop is a close-up view of a Tiger Lilly. It is available in the giant size of 1920x1200 and dual monitor 1600x1200.1280x1024, 1152x864, & 1024x768. The title of this composition is Gudrun
  • The new Fire & Flame desktop is named Genevieve and it is a picture of a log burning in a chimney
  • And lastly, the new Technosis/Anthraxis desktop is named Waterfall. Waterfall is pretty interesting and dynamic and it does take an acquired taste to use
