New Desktops At Mandolux

Mandolux has released new desktops for download. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent several different themes including absract imagery. According to Mandolux:

Mandolux has issued this week seven new desktops: five Vector-based (Flags of the World), one CAPS (Baseball/LA Dodgers), and one Technosis/Anthraxis (Abstract).

About the desktops:

  • The five new Vector-based desktops are the start of a new subsection: The Flags of the World. The first set of flags is France, Mexico, Pakistan, Qatar, and Switzerland. In addition, at this moment in this collection you will also find past desktops: USA and World Cup 2002
  • There is new collection of desktops titled CAPS (as is baseball/football/soccer caps). The first desktop is from my favorite team: the Los Angeles Dodgers. The desktop is a macro photograph specially lighted to emphasize the logo
  • Lastly, there is a new Technosis/Anthraxis desktop titled Jungle. Jungle is quite abstract and is an acquired taste. It is composed at an almost 90 degree angle with strokes of greens and yellows across the canvas
  • In other news, in my CAPS theme, I would like to ask people if they could donate their old unused baseball or soccer caps because as of now, I only have a Saint Luis Cardinals, Boston Red Sox, NY Yankees, and of course my LA Dodgers cap to go with this theme. If you can help me, please feel free to email me

You can find more information about the new desktops at the Mandolux Web site. The desktops are available as free downloads.
