New Desktops At Mandolux

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Mandolux has released new desktops continuing the F-18 Hornet theme. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent the American War Machine. According to Mandolux:

I would like to inform you that there are 5 new desktops representing a continuation of the F-18 Super Hornet Series.

In this update, the five desktops are called ‘Firecrackers, Celestial, Checking Aft, Dusky, and Gone!’

Firecrackers is truly an awesome desktop – you can see the counter-measure rockets (balls of fire) firing under the belly of the plane in order confuse heat seeking missiles, it also have an amazing backdrop: floppy dark clouds and a orange horizon! Firecrackers is truly one of the best desktops in my humble collection. The other desktops are pretty much average, so I won’t waste your time.

In other news: next week (from March 12 to the 15), my site will not be available due to systems upgrades and configurations. Sorry for the inconvenience. To make it up, I have a gift on the 12th – Redstorm.

You can find more information about the new desktops at the Mandolux Web site. The desktops are available as free downloads.
