Crucial Technology on Wednesday introduced its new Gizmo! Overdrive, a line of flash drives that read and write data at up to 13MB and 25MB per second, respectively. The companyis original Gizmo! drives read and write data at 6MB per second.
The new flash drives come in white or black, with storage ranging from 512MB to 2GB. The white version is a standard flash drive, with prices starting at US$47.99. Pricing for the black one stars at $49.99, but it comes with software that enables users to encrypt and password-protect data. Unfortunately, that software is Windows-only.
