New OmniGraffle Palettes Released

The Omni Group has released new diagramming palettes for Omni Graffle 2.0. Omni Graffle is a diagramming and charting app designed for the visual enhancement of raw data. The release provides users with a Periodic Table for bond creation and Maps that include road symbols. According to The Omni Group:

The Omni Group, developers of Mac OS X applications OmniWeb, OmniOutliner, and OmniGraffle, announce new diagramming palettes available for OmniGraffle 2.0. OmniGraffle is a conceptual drawing tool designed to help business, technical and consumer users organize ideas and data.

Now available to OmniGraffle users are the Periodic Table and Maps palettes. The Periodic Table object palette contains elements 1 through 118, each with identifying colors. Each element in the table has a magnet count equivalent to its valence so you can easily create bonds between elements. The Maps palette contains road signs, landmarks, and other symbols useful for producing clear, easy to read maps.

You can find more information about the new OmniGraffle palettes at The Omni Groupis Web site. The new palettes are free for download, while OmniGraffle 2.0 is available for US$59.95.
