The Jahshaka Project on Wednesday issued release candidate 3 of Jahshaka 2.0, an open source application for real-time video editing and visual effects creation. Itis a Universal Binary that includes JahPlayer, which supports 2K and 4H playback of media files, raw image sequences, and anything in-between. Real-time color correction, real-time 3D scene files, and A/B playback will be added in future versions.
Jahshaka is free and depends on its user community for the development of new features and plug-ins. It requires Mac OS X v10.4.6.
