· by · News

Epson introduced the GT-2500 and GT-2500 Plus document imaging scanners for small businesses and workgroups on Monday. The flatbed scanners support 48-bit color scanning at 1200x1200 dpi for documents up to 8.5 x 14-inches, and can scan up to 27 pages per minute in black and white, or 11 pages per minute in color. They include a 50-sheet automatic document feeder and support automatic duplexing (two-sided scanning).

The GT-2500 is priced at US$599, and the GT-2500 Plus, which includes a built-in network card, costs $899. Both will be available in July.
