NewerTech miniStack v2 Offers Quieter Performance

Newer Technology announced the immediate availability of the miniStack v2 - a quieter version of the miniStack - on Tuesday. The miniStack v2 is FireWire/USB combo hard drive and port hub that matches Appleis Mac mini. It uses a heatsink and ultra-quiet fan to reduce noise while dissipating heat, and includes three USB 2.0 ports, two FireWire 400 ports, cables, and backup software.

The miniStack v2 is priced starting at US$79.99 without a hard drive, and is available in capacities up to 750GB for $495.
