Nisus expanded its word processor family on Thursday with the release of Nisus Writer Pro 1.0. Nisus Writer Pro expands on the capabilities of Nisus Writer Express with several new features including table of contents, indexing, and bookmarks.
The word processor application also supports widow and orphan control, cross references, line numbering, wrapping text around images, enhanced note styles, macros, and more. Nisus Writer Pro is a Universal Binary application, allowing it to run natively on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs. It is priced at US$79 as an electronic download, or $89 on CD.
