Norbyte has released an update for Downfall, bringing it to version 1.1. Downfall is a strategy styled game modeled after the Tetris genre, but designed to take it a step further. The update features improved graphics and users interface. The According to Norbyte:
Software developer and publisher Norbyte has released version 1.1 of their Tetris/Columns type shareware game Downfall. This update includes improved graphics and user interface, import-export highscores, improved game play and rules, some optimizations, new/changed menus and more.
Downfall takes the Tetris/Columns genre one step further with its 12 uniquely designed implementations of the classic concept, each offering the player a game theme with special bonus blocks and rules that fit the theme, and requiring different tactics to master.
