Old Jewel Releases Maintenance Update For Painter's Picker

Old Jewel Software has released an update for Painteris Picker, bringing it to version 1.1.2. Painteris Picker is a utility designed to expand OS Xis standard color picking panel. The update fixes a few bug issues. According to Old Jewel Software:

Old Jewel Software is proud to announce the release of version 1.1.2 of Painteris Picker, its new extension to Mac OS Xis color picker panel.

Painteris Picker is an extension to the color picker panel in Mac OS X. It adds the ability to choose related colors, such as complementary colors, analogous colors, etc. directly within the color picker. It also adds more precise controls for choosing saturation, hue angle, and brightness, and provides the ability to choose colors in the CMYK color space while using the popular HSB-style controls.

Changes in version 1.1.1 include:

Fixed a bug where the info menu would not work properly in applications that use a modal color panel (such as Adobe Photoshop)

Improved the display of the info menu within Mac OS X 10.2. Some items were too long before and so were being clipped in the menu.

You can find more information about the Painteris Picker update at the Old Jewel Software Web site. Painteris Picker is available for US$13.85.
