The Omni Group announced the immediate availability of OmniGraffle and OmniGraffle Pro 5.1 on Thursday. The update for the vector-based diagram design application improved Visio compatibility with support for the Enhanced MetaFile graphics format.

Version 5.1 also added new drawing shapes, improved the user interface, and improved overall application stability.

OmniGraffle 5.1 is priced at US$99.95, OmniGraffle Pro 5.1 costs $199.95, and updates are free for version 5 users.
