Optimism Offers Health Tracking February 19th, 2008 at 2:00 PM - News by Jeff Gamet Crackatonic Projects announced the immediate availability of Optimism 1.0 on Wednesday. Optimism is a health and wellness planning application that lets users take a proactive approach to managing their own mental health. The application helps users track the internal and external factors that can trigger depression, mood, exercise, sleep habits, eating habits, and more. Users can then find patterns to depression episodes through the data entered. Optimism 1.0 is priced at US$19.95 and is available for download at the Crackatonic Projects Web site.
