Apago Inc. on Tuesday released version 3.1 of its PDF assembly tool PDF Enhancer. The upgrade, which is free for owners of version 3.0, introduces support for Mac OS X v10.4 "Tiger" and includes several new features, including digital signatures that can be used to secure documents, selective color correction for mapping specific colors to other colors, font repair and font conversion, which eliminates problematic CID fonts.
The full version of PDF Enhancer is US$199 for the Standard Edition, $399 for the Professional Edition, $999 for the Server Edition and $1,999 for the Advanced Server Edition.
