Parallels Desktop Beta2 Adds USB 2.0 Support

Parallels released a beta version of Parallels Desktop on Thursday that adds USB 2.0 support to the virtual machine application for Mac OS X. Parallels Desktop Beta2 also supports burning CDs and DVDs in virtual machines, improves support for using Boot Camp partitions, adds a transporter feature that converts a real PC into a virtual machine, and more.

Once the beta test phase for the update to Parallels Desktop is completed, it will be released for free to all Parallels Desktop users. You can download the beta update at the Parallels Web site.
