Koingo Software has released an update for Password Retiever, bringing it to version 2.6. Password Retriever is a password management app designed for the secure storing of multiple passwords. The update version has performance enhancements and bug fixes. According to Koingo Software:

Changes in version 2.6 (since our last release <2.5> two days ago):
- Bug Fix: Removed a useless option to show service info @ startup in Preferences:Startup (the feature is now obsolete)
- Bug Fix: Fixed a typo in the Preferences window in regard to the sets
- Bug Fix: In categories, an interface glitch was fixed where a row of input boxes was one pixel too high
- Bug Fix: Proper prompt text is now shown in the Restore dialog box
- New Feature: Can now use Serial/PIN, Other, Last Modified Date and Time in the main window columns
- New Feature: Toggle Bullets in the list option added
- New Feature: Ability to change Font and Size of main list
- New Feature: You can now see if youive registered by choosing About from the Apple (or Program) menu. It displays the name this copy is registered to and with what number
- New Feature: Added a Jump Home option which will automatically go to your "AutoOpen Database" or built-in Database after you have closed all the windows
- New Feature: Menu Icons now work in Mac OS X (see Preferences)
- Modification: You can no longer enter the "Registration" window if youive already registered
- Modification: Updated the program description in the about window. It now is the same as our website.
