Pay & Play Software No Longer Does Windows

· by Kyle D\'Addario · News

Pay & Play Software is discontinuing the Windows versions of their products including the Label Printer Pro series, and Note Pad Pro. According to the company:

We consider Windows to be a beleaguered platform. With the rise of Linux variants and the forth coming MacOS X we just donit see Windows as being a platform worth developing for.

Windows sales accounted for a small percentage of our overall sales, and yet was responsible for nearly our entire support overhead. Not only can we cut cost by eliminating Windows products, we can devote our time to our own platform of choice, Macintosh.

Pay & Play recently released a new version of Disk Label Printer Pro for Mac OS only. Disk Label Printer Pro is a utility for creating and printing labels.

You can find more information about the company at their website.
