PhoneValet 5.3.1, PhoneHerald 1.1.7 Leopard Compatible

Parliant announced the immediate availability of PhoneValet 5.3.1 and PhoneHerald 1.1.7 on Friday. The updated versions of the phone system management applications added support for Mac OS X 10.5.

PhoneValet lets a Mac serve as a multi-line call center complete with voicemail, call blocking, call recording and logging, automated dialing, and Interactive Voice Response. It is compatible with standard phone lines, cable phone, and VoIP Internet-based phone lines. PhoneHerald is an automated phone-based notification and survey system.

PhoneValet 5.3.1 is priced at US$169.95 per line. PhoneHerald costs $499.95 for the first line, and $399.95 for each additional line. The updates are free for PhoneValet 5 and PhoneHerald 1 users.
