Parliant announced the immediate availability of PhoneValet Message Center 5.4 on Tuesday. The update for the Mac-based multi-line phone management system improved audio compression for better audio quality for iPhone and iPod touch users that rely on PhoneValet Anywhere.
The update also added the ability to screen or specially handle calls based on area code, and added new timed backup features to help prevent data loss.
PhoneValet Message Center is priced at US$169.95. The update is free for version 5 users.
