Phone plugins 2.2 Adds Apple Mail Support

nova media announced the immediate availability of Phone plugins 2.2 on Friday. The update for the quick-dial add-on for Address Book added the ability to dial cell phones and send text messages from Appleis Mail application.

Users can select a phone number in an email message and then dial the number or send a text message via Leopardis Services menu through the useris cell phone.

Phone plugins 2.2 is compatible with several cell phones from Sony Ericsson, Motorola and Nokia. It requires Mac OS X 10.5.2 or higher and a Bluetooth connection to the cell phone.

Phone plugins 2.2 is priced at US$9.95 and is available for download at the nova media Web site.
