PopChar X 3.4 Improves Character Searching, Leopard Supports

Ergonis Software announced the immediate availability of PopChar X 3.4 on Monday. The updated version of the special character locating utility improved the ability to search for specific text characters, and improved compatibility with Mac OS X 10.5.

PopChar X now supports searching for characters by name, Unicode number, or by example. It also added a new contextual menu for copying characters to the clipboard, and improved support for InDesign, Illustrator, and Excel.

PopChar X 3.4 is priced at ?29.99 (about US$46.05) and is available for download at the Ergonis Software Web site. The update is free for users that have purchased the application in the past two years.
