Feelorium is now shipping a QuickTime text track editor, Textation 1.0. Textation is designed to allow users text manipulation of QuickTime tracks and has support for Chapter Tracks and HREF Tracks. According to Feelorium:

No need to manipulate text descriptors manually. No need to type time codes one by one. Textation even checks the validity of time codes while users input data.
Textation also supports creations of Chapter Tracks and HREF Tracks. It is easy to create these types of tracks in seconds using Textation.
Users can also preview the resulting movie on the same editing window by just clicking a switch.
