QuickerTek on Monday released iBook Connect, an AirPort amplifier similar to the one the company previously released for PowerBook owners. Available in a standard (US$199.95) or battery-powered ($229.95) version, iBook Connect hooks to the outside of the laptop, keeping the user from opening the computer and potentially nullifying their warranty, and amplifying by five times the wireless signals coming in and going out.
