QuikerTek Announces 802.11n Card for PowerBook

QuickerTek announced its new nQuicky 802.11n wireless networking card for Appleis PowerBook on Tuesday. The PCMCIA-based card will allow PowerBook G4 and PowerBook G3 owners to take advantage of the faster networking speeds offered by Appleis latest AirPort Extreme Base Station.

The nQuicky is compatible with 15 and 17-inch PowerBook G4 models, the Titanium PowerBook G4, and the PowerBook G3 with FireWire. It requires Mac OS X 10.3 or higher, and works with 802.11b, g, and n wireless access points.

QuickerTekis nQuicky will be available in late June, and will cost US$149.95.
