RAGE Software Releases MapDesign 1.0

RAGE Software announced on Thursday the immediate availability of MapDesign 1.0. The tool for Web developers allows them to easily add interactivity to a Website without relying on multimedia plug-ins.

MapDesign allows the creator to build interactive image maps using standards-based HTML and CSS. It provides an easy way to create Website that responds to user actions. Demonstration pages are available at the RAGE Website.


MapDesign 1.0

Benefits include a fully WYSIWYG interface; no HTML or CSS knowledge is required. Mouse over and mouse down indicators are supported. The generated code is simple and compatible with all major Web Browsers.

MapDesign 1.0 is a Universal Application and requires Mac OS X 10.3 or later. A free trial version is available. MapDesign 1.0 is priced at US$19.95.
