RadTech Updates Impact, DriveMate

RadTech announced the immediate availability of updated versions of its Impact and DriveMate storage solutions on Tuesday. The new Impact 2.5 and 3.5-inch drive enclosures now include eSATA, FireWire 400/800 and USB 2.0 ports. The enclosures are available in encrypted and non-encrypted versions, are compatible with ATA-6 and SATA-1 and 2 drives, and support data transfer speeds up to 300MBp/second.

The new DriveMate 1-inch drives are now available in capacities up to 8GB. They include a USB 2.0 interface, and are also available in encrypted and non-encrypted versions.

Impact drive enclosures are priced starting at US$54.95, and the DriveMate is priced starting at $74.95.
