BOSTON -- Razer USA on Tuesday introduced its Pro Solutions line of Mac-compatible peripherals that will be on display at the companyis booth at Macworld Expo Boston. The first two products in the line are the Pro Solutions v1.6 Mouse (US$59.99), which features 1600dpi resolution and seven programmable buttons, and the ProPad ($29.99), a mouse pad thatis larger than standard mouse pads.
The ProPad also features an anodized aluminum base, a gel-filled wrist rest and different material on each side geared toward the needs of different users, such as graphic artists versus engineers. The new optical mouse includes an Always On mode and a 6400 frames per second frame rate, which Razer said makes it twice as fast as other computer mice.
