RouteBuddy GPS Software Released

GPS application RouteBuddy is now available. The software enables users to connect a USB Garmin, USGlobalSat or NMEA device to a Mac and synchronize waypoints, routes and tracks. Multiple GPS devices can be connected, and several RouteBuddy map pages can be open simultaneously, with the ability to view and print full-screen maps.

Other features include searching Map data with FastSearch; recording live GPS data and tracking routes; exchanging RouteBuddy map data with other users; accessing Google Earth and Google Maps from within RouteBuddy; sharing Geocache and other location data; importing Geotagged URLs for major online map services; and adding metadata to maps and waypoints.

RouteBuddy is a Universal Binary that requires Mac OS X v10.3.9 or higher. Pricing is US$99.50.

RouteBuddy
