Seapine Expands Product Line With QA Wizard Acquisition

Seapine Software, Inc. has announced the acquisition of QA Wizard, Inc.With this acquisition, Seapine Software expands the line of enterprise software testing tools. QA Wizard is a quality assurance tool designed for Web developers. According to Seapine Software:

Seapine Software, Inc. a leading provider of defect management solutions, and San Francisco-based QA Wizard, Inc., a technology leader in the quality assurance tool market, today announced that Seapine Software has acquired QA Wizard. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed. QA Wizard is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Seapine Software.

QA Wizard will enable Seapine to deliver a broader range of enterprise software testing tools. The Seapine Testing Suite comprised of QA Wizard, TestTrack Pro, and Load Wizard will provide a robust, integrated set of software testing tools, including automated testing, defect management, and load testing.
