Smart Scroll Adds Support for Carbon Apps

Marc Moini announced on Thursday that Smart Scroll has added support for many Carbon Applications and has been updated to version 2.7.

The new version now supports Eudora, Netscape 9, Papyrus, RagTime, and many other Carbon applications thanks to assistance from Eelco Houwink, Myles Harris, and David Ianni. There are also improvements for the support of Camino, FileMaker Pro 8.5 and 9, Google Earth and Pages.

Smart Scroll is an application that makes the useris scroll wheel or trackpad smoother, faster and more comfortable. It features "coasting" just like the Apple iPhone that makes finding just the right spot on page easier. The "Grab Scroll" function allows the user to "throw" (move) any windowis contents.

Smart Scroll 2.7 is a Universal Application and requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later. A free trial is available. Smart Scroll is priced at US$19.00.
