Smultron Editor Updated to Version 3.0.5

Peter Borg has updated his open source text editor for Mac OS X to version 3.0.5. The new version adds Italian, French, and German localization.

In addition, the eZ Publish syntax definitions have been added.


Smultron 3 Text Editor

Smultron is a free, open source text editor which is described as follows: "It has all the advantages of an Cocoa application and some of its features are tabs, line numbers, support for syntax colouring for many different languages, functions list, support for text encodings, snippets, a toolbar, a status bar, preview, split window, multi-document find and replace with regular expressions, possibility to show invisible characters, authenticated open and saves, command-line utility, full screen editing and running commands and scripts from within the application."

Smultron 3.0.5 requires Mac OS X 10.4.9 or later and is free.
