Glass Bead Software on Thursday issued version 5.0 of its messaging and file transfer software SnapMail, which features a centralized administration interface, a new message body display, new buttons and menus that make it easier to access functions, and single-click opening of URLs in a Web browser. SnapMail is designed for use across a local area network (LAN); it doesnit exchange messages and files with other users over the Internet.
SnapMail sells for US$32 per user, with discounts available for purchases for ten or more users. Mac OS X v10.1 is required.
