Sonnet Technologies introduced the Tempo SATA Pro ExpressCard/34 on Friday. The new eSATA card is compatible with Appleis MacBook Pro and posts two eSATA ports for external high-speed storage devices.

The card supports sustained data throughput rates up to 200MB/sec, can connect to up to ten hard drives, and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or Mac OS X 10.5.
The Tempo SATA Pro ExpressCard/34 is priced at US$299.95 and will be available in October.
