SpamSieve 2.6.6 Works Around Leopard Performance Bug

C-Command Software announced on Wednesday the immediate availability of SpamSieve 2.6.6. The new version, available in the Software Update option in the SpamSieve Menu, works around a performance bug in Mac OS X 10.5 that could cause SpamSieve to be slow to launch. Growl notification reliability was also improved.

In addition, an option was added to reset the corpus or history database is damaged. The complete list of changes is on the the C-Command Website.

The update is free. SpamSieve 2.6.6 requires Mac OS X 10.3 or later and is priced at US$30.00. A 30-day free trial is available.
