Aspyr Media, Inc announced Thursday that Spider-Man 2 has hit igold statusi in terms of advanced sales and will start shipping Monday, August 16.
iSpider-Man 2 The Gamei follows the same storyline as the feature film, and places the gamer into a "Web-slinging, web-swinging world of the Manhattan metropolis," the companyis Web site stated. "Gamers will visit locations and relive encounters taken directly from the film, from the Statue of Liberty to the Daily Bugle offices."
The title, US$30, runs on Macs using OS X 10.2.8 or later and will be in stores in the U.S. on August 20.
