· by · News

Apple CEO Steve Jobs has another feather to add to his cap: he has been inducted into California Hall of Fame. Mr. Jobs is one of 13 inductees that will join the California Museum for Historyis Hall of Fame during a special ceremony on December 5.

The other inductees include Ansel Adams, Milton Berle, Willie Mays, Robert Mondavi, Rita Moreno, Jackie Robinson, Jonas Salk, M.D., John Steinbeck, Elizabeth Taylor, Earl Warren, John Wayne, and Tiger Woods.

California historian Dr. Kevin Starr commented "Creative in so many different ways, these 2007 honorees have one thing in common: California nurtured their talent, and they, in turn, have brought new luster to the Golden State."

All of the living inductees are scheduled to participate in the special event where Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife, Maria Shriver, will present each with a Hall of Fame medal.
