Stick Software Will Jiggle Your Mouse To Stay Awake

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Stick Software has released a new app for Mac users, Jiggler 1.0. Jiggler is a utility designed for preventing a users system from going into sleep mode. The app "jiggles" the mouse pointer, thus preventing unwanted sleep. According to Stick Software:

Stick Software announced the release of Jiggler, a little freeware utility for Mac OS X.

Jiggler keeps your Mac awake through those lengthy tasks when it would rather fall asleep, by jiggling your mouse periodically. No more having to open System Preferences to change your sleep time and your screensaver delay, only to have to change them back again at the end. Just jiggle!

You can find more information about the Jiggler release at the Stick Software Web site. Jiggler is available as freeware.
