Stone Studio Updates Stone Works with Create 13

Stone Design announced the immediate availability of an updated version of the productivity suite Stone Works on Wednesday. Stone Works is a collection of 16 different Stone Studio applications, including Create, Videator, iMaginator, GlobalWarmth, PStill, SliceAndDice, and more.

The updated version of the software suite includes Create 13.0, Stone Designis page layout and Web publishing application; Videator 3.1, a special effects application for video; the image manipulation application iMaginator 3.3; and version 2.2 of the weather application GlobalWarmth.

Create 13.0 includes CSS-based XHTML support. Videator 3.1 adds new artist effects, improved control over VJ random effects, and improves stability. iMaginator 3.3 supports any custom size image and improves load time. GlobalWarmth 2.2 includes several bug fixes. Videator 3.1 and iMaginator 3.3 are also now Mac OS X 10.5-ready.

Stone Works is available at the Stone Design Web site, and is priced at US$399. Updates are free for life.
