SubRosaSoft Introduces DasBoot

· by · News

SubRosaSoft announced the immediate availability of DasBoot on Wednesday. DasBoot is a utility that lets you use an iPod, portable hard drive, or Flash drive as a bootable diagnostic and system repair device. It is compatible with third party utilities like DiskWarrior, Drive Genius, and FileSalvage.

Users need to supply their own copies of the utilities, and DasBoot configures the storage device to hold the applications and to be bootable as well. It is free, and available for download at the SubRosaSoft Web site.
