· by · News

Tao Effect announced the immediate availability of Espionage on Thursday. Espionage is a file and folder encryption application that automatically decrypts items as they are needed.

The FileVault-like application works along with the Finder so users can enter folder unlock passwords in a standard dialog, it blocks encrypted data from Spotlight searches, offers folder password protection without encryption, supports contextual menu controls, includes AES-128 and 256 bit encryption, and more.

Espionage is priced at US$14.95 and is available for download at the Tao Effect Web site.
