Aspyr Media announced on Wednesday that it will bring The Sims Pet Stories to the Mac. The spin-off game is based on The Sims, and lets players train, care for, and play with cats and dogs. It includes a story mode where players compete in a pet show, and an open ended free-play mode.

The Sims Pet Stories is scheduled to ship in September, and will be available for pre-order at the Aspyr Web site soon. The game will be priced at US$29.99.
