Tick-Tock: Time Palette Updated With Map Enhancements

Time Palette has released an update for Time Palette, bringing it to version 5.7. Time Palette is a world time and mapping app with real-time weather conditions and distance calculators. The update adds map enhancements. According to Time Palette:

Trygve H. Inda, developer of popular world time tools Time Palette and
EarthDesk, announces the immediate availability of Time Palette 5.7.

Time Palette 5.0 is the flagship of a series of cross-platform world time and mapping products. Time Palette has been running on Mac systems since1992 and was the first world time tool to run natively on Mac OS X.

Time Palette 5.7 adds full map centering and zoom support for all map projections (in previous versions, many projections were locked to the equator). Additionally, the Help and Atlas support files are now embedded in a modern Application Package so that the entire application is contained in a single file. This allows Time Palette to maintain separate and independent Atlas files for each individual user on an OS X System.

You can find more information about the Time Palette update at the Time Palette Web site. The update is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$29.95.
