Dejal Systems has released version 1.4 of its free break reminder utility Time Out!. The update adds new Scripts preferences that enable users to have Automator workflows, AppleScripts or applications run at the start and end of breaks. It also adds the ability to specify a sound or music file that should play at the start of a break.
The update has several other enhancements and bug fixes that are detailed in the release notes. Mac OS X v10.3.9 is required.
